Found something you love in the outlet? Getting it home is the next step. Our outlet delivery is a little different to our standard service, but we’ve designed it to be just as smooth and simple. Here’s everything you need to know.

Here’s how it works:

• Free Mattress Delivery: Good news! Delivery is free for all of our outlet mattresses.

• Delivery Fee: A flat rate of $85 applies to all non-mattress orders

• Delivery Schedule: We deliver outlet orders every Thursday.

• Confirming Your Delivery: You won't receive a delivery date at checkout. Once your delivery is booked, we'll send you a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

• Room of Choice Delivery: Our professional delivery team will carry your items to any room you choose. Just let them know where you'd like them to go.

• Authority to Leave: If you can't be home, that's no problem. We offer an 'authority to leave' option, so we can leave your order in a safe place for you.

Why is the outlet delivery different?

To offer you the best prices on our outlet items, we use a more streamlined delivery service. It’s simple, efficient, and designed to get your products to you safely.

This also means we go lighter on the packaging. Instead of arriving in a box, your items will often be delivered as loose pieces. They are wrapped in protective plastic for transit, but don't be surprised if our delivery team removes this wrapping upon arrival to make carrying them into your home easier.
